Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Care Executive to join our team at KG Invicta Services. In this role, you will manage both inbound and outbound sales, focusing on upselling and delivering exceptional customer service. The position requires flexibility with rotational shifts, as there are no fixed schedules, and you will work six days a week with one rotational day off.
The offered salary is ₹14,500 (take-home ₹14,360), with a half-yearly bonus of ₹3,00 and paid training, with your salary credited in the third month. This is a full-time position located at KGISL Campus, IT Tower 1, Coimbatore.
