Job Description
ACB Enterprises seeks a motivated Field Sales Representative to join our in-person, full-time team. The role involves visiting assigned territories, retail outlets, and customers to promote and sell products, identify new accounts, and generate leads. You will explain product features, pricing, and promotions; achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets; take and relay orders to the office/warehouse; and maintain strong customer relationships. Additional responsibilities include collecting and submitting payments, reporting daily sales activity to supervisors, monitoring competitor products and market trends, coordinating with deliveries for timely replenishment, and resolving or escalating customer issues.
