Job Description
We are seeking an organized Ecommerce Shipping & Logistics Assistant to manage order fulfillment, coordinate carriers, prepare shipping labels, and track deliveries. You will optimize packing procedures, handle returns, maintain inventory records, communicate with suppliers and couriers, and resolve shipment issues to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. Ideal candidates have attention to detail, basic ERP/WMS experience, familiarity with shipping platforms, strong communication skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
