Job Description
Acumen Capital Market India Limited seeks an Equity Dealer (male and female candidates welcome). Freshers may apply. Hindi fluency and strong English proficiency are required.
- Salary: fixed plus incentives (₹220,00–₹270,00 per year) with Provident Fund.
- Key responsibilities: market research and analysis, risk monitoring, executing and overseeing client trades, portfolio tracking, client relationship management, cross-selling and franchise acquisition, ensuring compliance and documentation, and improving back-office processes.
- Qualifications: MBA or Bachelor’s degree with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Performance target: achieve 3× monthly salary. Work location: in person.
