Job Description
Join our team at Advanced GroHair & GloSkin Clinic as a Customer Care Executive! We are seeking a motivated individual to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain robust relationships with both internal and external clients.
- Efficiently monitor invoices and manage the billing process.
- Create duty rosters and oversee leave management for front office and OPD service coordinators.
- Provide regular updates and maintain effective communication with team members.
- Availability to work weekends with a weekday off option.
- Prior experience in Retail, Hospitality, or Aesthetic Industries is preferred.
- Fluency in English and Tele Calling experience are required.
- Female candidates only.
