We are seeking a Community Relations Representative I to cultivate and sustain positive relationships with residents, local organizations, and stakeholders. Key duties include outreach, coordinating community events, managing inquiries, recording and reporting community feedback to management, and maintaining CRM records. The ideal candidate possesses excellent verbal and written communication, strong problem-solving skills, basic administrative experience, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

• Requirements: high school diploma or equivalent; at least one year of customer service or community engagement experience; valid government-issued ID; proficiency with email and CRM tools.
