Job Description
Afond HR Services is seeking a full-time, in-person Education Counselor to generate leads, advise prospective students, and manage the admissions process for BP Marine courses. Key responsibilities include cold calling, lead generation through online channels and events, counseling on course selection and career pathways, guiding applicants through admissions, responding to inquiries by phone, email, and in person, maintaining CRM records, coordinating with sales and marketing, and submitting regular performance reports.
Candidates should possess excellent English communication skills, be customer-focused, self-motivated, team players, and target-driven. Freshers to candidates with up to 3 years of experience are welcome. Salary: ₹15,00–₹20,00 per month.
