Job Description
Alpha Academy in Kanchipuram, Tamil Nadu, is hiring an experienced Physics NEET Faculty to join our expanding NEET/JEE coaching team. Candidates should hold a Master’s (M.Sc., M.Tech, B.Tech or PhD) with 2–5 years of coaching experience preferred. Responsibilities: deliver concept-based lectures, conduct doubt-clearing sessions, monitor progress with assessments, and provide personalized guidance to help students achieve top ranks. Expect up to 9 hours of classroom engagement daily. We offer a competitive salary of ₹15,00–₹35,00/month plus success incentives, health insurance, and full-time, part-time or volunteer positions. Excellent English and Tamil communication skills required. Work location: in person in Kanchipuram.
