Job Description
ANS Educational Focus Pvt Ltd is seeking a confident Career Counselor to manage inbound and outbound calls, advise students and parents on courses (Medical, Engineering, MBA, etc.), explain admissions, fees, and eligibility, maintain call logs and lead follow-ups, and support admission campaigns. Candidates should have a high school diploma or degree, 0–2 years of experience (freshers welcome), fluency in Bengali and Hindi (English preferred), basic MS Office, WhatsApp and typing skills, and a professional demeanor.
