Job Description
Ascendas Technologies is actively seeking a motivated and experienced Banking Assistant to enhance our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in office procedures and excel in handling a variety of administrative duties. Key responsibilities include organizing all aspects of international travel, preparing and reconciling monthly expense reports, managing incoming calls, coordinating biweekly conference calls, and overseeing correspondence for both internal and external clients. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word is essential. Additional tasks will involve printing, binding, photocopying presentation materials, greeting guests, and serving refreshments as needed.
