Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Master Trainer to observe lessons, assess teacher strengths and weaknesses, deliver constructive feedback and one‑on‑one coaching, conduct workshops and guest events, and co‑develop curricula, lesson plans, and assessments. The role includes setting and monitoring goals (weekly to yearly), reassessing progress, supervising classrooms, preparing reports, designing improved learning strategies, and building teacher networks.
Eligibility: Tamil candidates based in Chennai; freshers and graduates welcome. Position is full‑time, permanent, and open to entry‑level applicants. Compensation: ₹8,086–₹38,783.70/month. Work location: in person.
