Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales & Service Coordinator to support sales teams and manage after-sales activities to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include coordinating orders and deliveries, scheduling service visits, preparing quotes and reports, maintaining CRM records, and acting as the liaison among clients, technicians, and internal departments.
- 1–2 years’ experience in customer service or sales support
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with MS Office and CRM systems
