Job Description
Ashok Deluxe Apartments is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to become a vital part of our team. The successful candidate will be tasked with assigning housekeeping duties, scheduling shifts, and training staff to uphold our rigorous cleanliness standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assign and evaluate housekeeping tasks to meet quality standards.
- Manage staff schedules and handle shift replacements.
- Respond to and resolve complaints regarding housekeeping services.
- Train housekeeping personnel and oversee inventory management of cleaning supplies.
- Screen potential applicants and manage promotions and terminations.
- Perform cleaning duties as necessary.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,00.00 – ₹20,00.00 per month
