Job Description
The Asian Institute of Nephrology and Urology is looking for a dedicated Front Office In-Charge to oversee our reception area and manage patient interactions. This essential role involves addressing inquiries, scheduling appointments, and performing administrative tasks to create a welcoming atmosphere while ensuring patient confidentiality.
Key responsibilities include:
- Greeting patients and responding to inquiries
- Scheduling appointments and processing payments
- Maintaining patient records and managing insurance information
- Transcribing physician notes and handling billing preparation
- Ensuring a clean and organized reception area
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹18,00.00 – ₹25,00.00 per month
