Job Description
ASV Consulting Services Private Limited seeks a full-time, on-site International Voice Financial Analyst for night shift at IFFCO Chowk, Sector 18, Gurugram. The role supports global customers across healthcare, telecommunications, debt/mortgage, and insurance.
- Requirements: 1–5 years international calling experience, fluent English, immediate availability.
- Responsibilities: handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat; resolve issues; escalate appropriately; coordinate with internal teams.
- Compensation: up to 4.5 LPA (₹20,00–₹38,00/month). Benefits include night meal, round-trip Gurgaon cab, group medical insurance, cell phone reimbursement, commuter assistance, and paid sick leave.
- Job type: Full-time, Permanent. Selection: two interview rounds.
