Key Responsibilities:
- Address customer inquiries related to sea freight shipments.
- Maintain professional communication via email and telephone.
- Prepare and confirm essential shipping documents, including Bills of Lading and invoices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Commerce or Logistics.
- 1-3 years of experience in customer service within the logistics sector.
- Proficiency in MS Office and strong communication skills.
