Job Description
Automax Solutions India Pvt Ltd is in search of a committed Customer Relation Executive to join our team. The primary responsibilities include:
- Gaining comprehensive knowledge of our products and services to effectively communicate with clients.
- Responding promptly to client inquiries and resolving issues.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Following up on leads to expand our client base.
- Documenting interactions through logs and reports in our database.
Job Type: Full-time | Salary: ₹14,00.00 – ₹16,00.00/month | Benefits: Health insurance and Provident Fund.
While experience in the telecommunication and automobile sectors is preferred, we welcome all qualified candidates.
