Job Description

AV Groups is actively seeking dynamic candidates for a voice process role in a prestigious US-based telecom project. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who are passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and possess excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responding to basic customer inquiries regarding telecom billing.
• Providing effective solutions for customer queries.
• Demonstrating strong interpersonal and comprehension skills.
• Basic computer proficiency is essential.
• Availability to work US shifts is required.
• A minimum of 6 months experience in an international BPO is preferred, although fresh graduates with strong English proficiency are encouraged to apply.
