Job Description
AZAD GROUP OF HOTELS is actively seeking a dedicated Male Customer Care Executive to enhance our team in Trivandrum.
Position: Customer Service Representative
Job Hours: 10 AM – 7 PM
Experience: 2-3 years in Customer Care within the Food Industry
Compensation: ₹17,00, inclusive of food, accommodation, and statutory benefits
Qualifications: Any degree; proficiency in multiple languages, especially Malayalam, English, Hindi, and Tamil; excellent communication skills; and prior experience in a call center environment.
Your responsibilities will include addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and maintaining records of customer interactions. We highly value flexibility, analytical skills, and the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
