Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Success Executive to support high‑net‑worth clients and ensure seamless account servicing within our Wealth Operations team. The successful candidate will manage client inquiries, coordinate with operations and portfolio teams, and promptly resolve onboarding and transaction issues to maintain service excellence.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in wealth operations or private banking
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Working knowledge of KYC processes and investment products
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
