Job Description

BDV Private Limited is thrilled to announce job openings for the position of Customer Support Associate (CSA) in our Backend Process. This is a full-time, permanent role offering a competitive salary ranging from ₹10,00.00 to ₹11,00.00 per month, with 100% in-office work.

The primary responsibilities include verifying customer documents for UIDAI DQ. Ideal candidates must be graduates, fluent in Hindi, and possess strong translation skills from English to Hindi, along with a customer-focused attitude. Please note that this position requires shift work, and no planned leave is permitted during the first three months of employment.

Location: Tech Mahindra, DLF2, 3rd Floor, Block B, Rajarhat, Kolkata-700156. Candidates are requested to bring their CV and Aadhar card to the interview.
