Job Description
Blitz Academy is currently seeking Academic Counselors to join our team. We invite applications from qualified candidates, including those who have completed Plus 2 or hold a degree, whether fresh graduates or experienced professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with prospective students through calls, emails, and messages.
- Convert inquiries into admissions via effective counseling techniques.
- Perform follow-ups with leads to enhance conversion rates.
- Consistently achieve admission targets.
- Forge and maintain strong relationships with students and their parents.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: ₹12,00 – ₹25,00 per month
