Job Description
Blue Star India is seeking a dedicated Service Delivery Professional to manage complaint handling efficiently, from initial acknowledgment to resolution in our ServIT system. Your daily responsibilities will include reviewing pending complaints, escalating issues as necessary, and ensuring compliance with PMS schedules.
Key duties will involve returning defective materials, processing warranty claims, and submitting proposals for non-AMC spare parts. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and troubleshooting skills and have experience with chillers, VRF, and ductable systems.
This position is based in Pune. Candidates should hold a Diploma, BE, or B.Tech degree and have 1-3 years of relevant experience.
