Job Description
We are seeking a professional Restaurant Captain to oversee floor service at our Indian and continental restaurant. The role involves supervising the service team, taking and relaying orders, serving meals, monitoring guest satisfaction, and maintaining accurate service reports to ensure smooth operations.
- Lead and mentor service staff to uphold high standards of hospitality.
- Address guest needs and resolve service-related issues promptly.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and management; prepare operational reports.
This is a full-time, in-person position. Candidates must demonstrate prior team leadership experience and excellent communication skills. Compensation: ₹18,00–₹25,00 per month.
