Shift Timings: Day Shifts Only (Rotational) – No Night Shifts
Book Water Pvt Ltd is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our Customer Support Team. In this role, you will manage both inbound and outbound calls, responding to customer inquiries about our 20L bubble top cans and premium glass bottles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers professionally and courteously.
- Resolve issues and provide comprehensive product information.
- Work collaboratively with various teams to address customer concerns.
Requirements:
- 0-2 years of experience in customer support (freshers are welcome).
