Job Description
Byteridge Software Private Limited is looking for a passionate and motivated HR Generalist to join our People Function team. This position is ideal for recent graduates or those with limited experience who are eager to explore various HR functions and gain valuable hands-on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for managing employee engagement initiatives, coordinating pre-onboarding processes, overseeing leave management, and maintaining internal data records. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, is a must.
Qualifications: An MBA is preferred, and prior HR experience is a plus. This position is based in Hyderabad.
Compensation: The salary range is ₹226,351.80 – ₹500,00.00 annually, with benefits including health insurance and a provident fund.
