Job Description
We are seeking a Procurement Helpdesk Representative to act as the primary point of contact for supplier inquiries, purchase order updates, and procurement system assistance. The role involves responding to vendor and internal requests, tracking and escalating orders as needed, coordinating with procurement and logistics teams, and maintaining accurate records in ERP and related systems.
