Job Description
We are seeking an experienced AMS Solution Architect to design, implement, and optimize Application Management Services for enterprise clients. You will lead technical solution design, coordinate platform integrations, establish AMS best practices, and work closely with stakeholders and delivery teams to ensure service excellence.
- Required: 5+ years in solution architecture or AMS; strong cloud experience (AWS/Azure); microservices; CI/CD; monitoring and incident management; excellent communication and client-facing skills.
- Preferred: ITIL certification; experience with service catalogs and automation tools.
This role requires strategic thinking, hands-on technical leadership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality managed services.
