Job Description

We are seeking a Solutions Architect to design and deliver secure, scalable omnichannel contact center solutions for our Customer Engagement Center. You will lead cloud-based architecture, integrate CRM and telephony platforms, establish technical standards, and guide engineering teams through proofs of concept, deployment, and operational handover.

• Define end-to-end solutions, APIs, data flows, and performance tuning
• Ensure compliance with best practices and security requirements
• Collaborate with stakeholders, troubleshoot complex issues, and mentor implementation teams
