Job Description

Capita is excited to announce an opportunity for an enthusiastic Apprentice to join our team in Pune, India. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in delivering exceptional customer service while continuously enhancing service delivery. Your primary responsibilities will include addressing inquiries from Capita managers and employees through various communication channels, processing payroll transactions promptly, and gaining a thorough understanding of pension schemes to assist our stakeholders.

Your key responsibilities will also encompass managing HR operations tasks within the Workday platform, supporting onboarding activities, and contributing to content design and development.

In addition, you will be responsible for addressing employee inquiries related to statutory compliance, the Provident Fund (PF), and the Employees’ State Insurance Corporation (ESIC).
