Job Description
Career Comfort seeks a full-time Customer Service Representative for our Salt Lake, Sector V, Kolkata office. Night shift aligned with U.S. hours; Monday–Friday with fixed weekends off.
- Handle inbound voice calls for U.S. healthcare customers (no sales or targets).
- Salary ₹15,00–₹19,00/month plus travel allowance, subsidized meals, free cab drop, attendance bonus ₹1,00/month, annual bonus up to ₹15,00; PF & ESI covered.
- Requirements: strong English communication (neutral/U.S.-friendly accent preferred), minimum 12th pass; Graduation/Diploma is a plus. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
