Job Description
We are urgently hiring Process Associates for an MNC in Salt Lake Sector V, Kolkata (night shift). Full-time, permanent role handling inbound US healthcare voice process; no sales, no targets. Salary INR 15,00–19,00/month (depending on experience), PF & ESI, subsidised meals, cab drop, attendance allowance ₹1,00/month, travel allowance ₹1,800/month if cab not used, and annual bonus up to ₹15,00. Fixed weekends (Sat & Sun) off; work from office; 5-day week (Mon–Fri). Candidates must have excellent English communication (oral & written), be willing to join ASAP and work nights.
