CarfeNest seeks an experienced Salon Working Partner to co-invest in and co-manage our premium salon in Thrissur. The partner will be actively involved in day-to-day operations, staff supervision, client experience, and strategic business planning. Key responsibilities include operational oversight, team leadership, customer relations, and contributing financially to growth.

• Position: permanent, in-person partnership
• Compensation: profit share approximately ₹30,00–₹35,00/month
• Benefits: operational support, paid time off, and scope for expansion
