Job Description
Clariant is actively looking for a results-oriented and detail-focused Legal Counsel to enhance problem-solving and project execution at our Airoli location in Maharashtra, India. This position demands a strong business acumen and the capacity to operate independently with limited supervision.
The primary responsibilities include drafting, negotiating, and finalizing commercial contracts, overseeing the execution of Confidential Disclosure Agreements (CDAs) and Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), and ensuring adherence to legal standards. You will provide strategic legal advice to Business Units, collaborate with external counsel, monitor regulatory updates, and devise risk mitigation strategies for various projects.
