Job Description
Colour Land Clothing LLP is looking for a dedicated Sales Assistant to join our vibrant team. The successful candidate will handle various daily responsibilities, including managing incoming customer calls, responding to customer emails, creating proforma invoices in Zoho Books, following up on advance payments, assisting walk-in customers, resolving supply issues and incorrect deliveries, coordinating logo approvals with clients, updating customer information in our CRM, and re-engaging with previous customers to encourage future orders.
