Job Description
We are seeking an Accounting Services Associate IV to perform technical accounting tasks following established procedures. The ideal candidate has vocational training or equivalent experience, strong data organization skills, and the ability to work autonomously while delivering accurate results. This role functions as a team lead (without formal supervisory authority), coordinating work, providing subject-matter guidance, and supporting quality assurance.
- Review and verify journal entries and reconciliations
- Extract and organize data for reconciliation dashboards
- Support audits with documentation and maintain process/desktop procedures
- Guide quality verifiers, perform first-level checks, and recommend process improvements
- Communicate effectively, solve problems within existing frameworks, and adhere to company policies
