Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Executive to serve as the first point of contact for patients and visitors. This role is essential in delivering outstanding customer service while effectively managing patient flow and administrative tasks to ensure a smooth clinic operation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome patients and respond to inquiries.
• Oversee appointment scheduling and check-in/check-out processes.
• Manage billing and maintain accurate patient records.
• Coordinate with healthcare staff to facilitate seamless operations.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: ₹10,00.00 – ₹15,00.00 per month
