Job Description
Creative Point is seeking a persuasive and results-oriented Telesales Executive to enhance our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to both potential and existing customers, promoting our diverse range of products and services while meeting monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily outbound calls to prospective leads.
- Effectively pitch products and articulate their benefits.
- Address customer objections and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Document call records accurately in our CRM system.
Requirements: Prior experience in telesales, exceptional communication skills in both Tamil and English.
Job Type: Full-time | Salary: ₹12,00 – ₹25,00 per month
