Job Description
Culinary Cousins Pvt. Ltd. seeks an experienced Chef de Partie – Tandoor to lead the tandoor and grill station in Hyderabad. This full-time, in-person role requires a minimum of 6 years’ hands-on experience with tandoor and grill techniques. Compensation up to ₹34,00/month; meal provided.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage the tandoor station and ensure consistent, authentic tandoori dishes
- Prepare, cook, and present menu items to company standards
- Maintain food safety, hygiene, and quality control
- Train and supervise junior kitchen staff; manage stock and inventory
