Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller to join our skin clinic team. The ideal candidate will possess a friendly demeanor and exceptional communication skills, fluently speaking both English and Malayalam.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and maintain a welcoming reception area.
- Address patient inquiries and conduct regular follow-ups.
- Schedule and reschedule patient appointments efficiently.
- Ensure the confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Accurately document patient visits and interactions.
Minimum qualifications include a bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of relevant experience.
