Job Description
Deutsche Consulting is actively seeking qualified female candidates for the role of Office Executive. Fluency in both English and Malayalam is required; proficiency in Tamil or Telugu is advantageous.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to and manage refund inquiries and related calls.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer support or call center positions.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience in handling inquiries through phone, email, and chat platforms.
