Job Description
Dexter Ventures Pvt Ltd is hiring an E‑Commerce Executive to manage end-to-end returns (RTO/RTV/customer) across Amazon and Flipkart. The role includes processing claims and reimbursements, reconciling inventory, coordinating with warehouses, logistics and support teams, closing pending claims, and preparing MIS reports in Excel.
- Experience: 1–3 years in e‑commerce operations
- Required skills: returns/claims handling, inventory management, hands-on marketplace portal experience, strong Excel
- Preferred: familiarity with inventory systems and warehouse/logistics processes
- Employment: Full-time, on-site | Salary: ₹20,00–₹25,00/month
- Benefits: cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, Provident Fund
