Job Description
DM ENGINEERING is seeking a full-time, in-person SHAFT Floor Supervisor to oversee shop-floor operations in our hydraulic manufacturing unit. The role includes leading shift activities, monitoring machinery and personnel, ensuring production targets, quality, and safety, coordinating with maintenance and quality teams, and reporting issues promptly.
- Experience: 2–5 years in shop-floor supervision
- Education: Diploma, ITI, or relevant technical qualification
- Skills: basic leadership, documentation, and problem-solving; knowledge of hydraulic processes preferred
Compensation starts at ₹18,00/month. Flexible scheduling benefits provided.
