Job Description
DM ENGINEERING seeks a full-time, permanent, in-person Telemarketer for its Hydraulic Manufacturing Unit. The Telemarketer will place outbound calls to promote hydraulic products, explain specifications and benefits, generate and qualify leads, follow up on inquiries, coordinate with sales and technical teams for quotations, and maintain accurate CRM records. The role requires meeting daily and monthly call and lead targets while ensuring professional communication.
- Qualifications: Graduate or diploma; 1–3 years telemarketing/sales (industrial/manufacturing preferred)
- Skills: Proficient in English and local language; MS Excel and CRM proficiency; basic hydraulic knowledge advantageous
- Compensation: ₹10,00–₹20,00/month. Flexible schedule.
