Job Description
Dr. Dilip Dental Centre, Mogappair West (Nolambur), is hiring a full-time female receptionist and telecaller to manage front-desk operations, answer enquiry calls, and schedule appointments. This is an on-site position at the clinic.
- Responsibilities: professionally handle incoming calls and enquiries, book and confirm appointments, greet patients, and perform basic administrative tasks.
- Requirements: fluent in English; Tamil preferred, Hindi advantageous; minimum 1 year tele-sales experience required; diploma preferred. Technical support experience and at least 1 year overall work experience is an advantage.
- Skills: professional phone manner, appointment management, and basic administrative proficiency.
- Salary: ₹20,00–₹25,00 per month.
