Job Description
Eagle Fleet Services Pvt Ltd (Red Taxi) is looking for a committed and experienced Packaging Floor Supervisor to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for training employees, managing shift schedules, and monitoring performance to improve our service quality.
Your responsibilities will include evaluating new hires, providing assistance to various departments, ensuring quality assurance through call monitoring, and facilitating team meetings. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, along with 4-8 years of experience in Call Center operations and strong team management skills, is required.
This is a full-time, permanent position with a starting salary of ₹25,00.00 per month, which includes health insurance and a provident fund.
