Job Description
We are seeking a Prior Authorization (PA) & Eligibility Verification and Benefits Validation (EVBV) QA Specialist to audit healthcare revenue cycle processes, verify insurance (EDI 270/271), manage PA workflows (EDI 278/payer portals), and ensure SLA/TAT compliance. You will review patient data, validate EDI/API data integrity, perform root cause analysis for denials, prepare quality reports, and recommend process improvements and training. Requirements: strong RCM and medical billing knowledge, familiarity with 270/271/278 and payer portals, analytical problem-solving, excellent communication, and HIPAA compliance awareness. This role supports billing efficiency and patient care through accurate QA and continuous improvement.
