Job Description

The Role

As the first face and voice our clients encounter, the Front office assistant at Sky garden sets the tone for the entire guest experience. We are looking for a polished, proactive communicator who can juggle administrative tasks while making every person who walks through our doors feel like a VIP.

Key Responsibilities

• Operations & Logistics: Manage day-to-day operations, including opening/closing procedures, facility maintenance, and vendor relationships.
• Event Oversight: Act as the primary point of contact during events, ensuring timelines are met and technical/logistical issues are resolved instantly.
• Financial Management: Oversee budgets, manage inventory/ordering, to ensure the venue meets its revenue goals.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure the venue strictly adheres to health, safety, and licensing regulations (including fire codes and liquor laws).
• Guest Experience: Proactively engage with clients and guests to ensure a seamless experience and handle any grievances with grace.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,00.00 – ₹13,00.00 per month
