Job Description
We are seeking a full-time Coordinator to oversee operations across 25 centers in Mumbai, Pune, Delhi, Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Indore, Nagpur, Kanpur, Lucknow, Nashik, and Aurangabad. The role requires weekend work (one weekday off), 9‑hour shifts, and travel for college/campus visits in and out of Mumbai.
Qualifications: strong English communication; proficiency in Excel/Sheets and PowerPoint; teamwork and customer-service orientation; interest in educational counseling.
- Liaise with students, parents, and faculty
- Monitor and improve academic performance; provide mentorship
- Maintain attendance and test records; implement academic processes
- Manage daily center administration
Compensation: ₹18,00–₹32,00; cell phone reimbursement; paid sick leave; on-site position.
