Job Description
We seek a professional Hotel Receptionist to provide outstanding front-desk service and create a welcoming guest experience. Responsibilities include greeting guests, managing check-ins and check-outs, handling reservations, responding to calls and emails, and coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance.
- Polite, organized, and fluent in English
- Proficient with hotel PMS systems; able to work shifts, including weekends
